Orders:

All orders are packed and dispatch from:  EU, Denmark

For Denmark:

Delivery within Denmark takes approx. 1-3 work days. You will receive an email with order confirmation as soon as you place the order and an email,  when the order is sent. You will get notified by mail or sms when the order is in the parcelshop.

All orders are shipped with the company POSTNORD and are delivered via these three options in Denmark:

We offer free shipping on all orders in Denmark to a parcelshop in Denmark or for delivery to a company.

– Postnord Parcelshop (Pakkeshop): Free
– Postnord Privat – 39 DKK

You will receive a track & trace number when you’re order has been delivered to the shipping company.

EU:

For EU Costumers delivery outside of Denmark takes 5-7 work days. We also ship to EU countries with Postnord. Free over 150 euro. Below 150 euro, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia and Spain.

Please notice, that during busy season such as Christmas and Black Friday orders can take more time to be delivered. Also notice that, LAC NOIR do not refund shipping cost on your order or refunds.

 

World Wide - Non EU (United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Canada, Australia): 

 

For Costumers outside EU, delivery 5-7 work days. We also ship with Postnord. Free over 150 euro. Below 150 euro, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Import charges


Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

EU Orders are sent duty paid, as long as you live within the EU you should not have to pay any import taxes for your order.

 

When importing items to outside of EU, parcels may be subject to customs and import charges, these charges are to be paid by the recipient. LAC NOIR cannot be held responsible for how long it takes for your order to pass through customs.

  

Notice: 

Due to the circumstances, we are suspending all services to Russia & Ukraine. No orders for these countries will be accepted. We apologize for this inconvenience.


Disclaimers:

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes of orders once they have been made due to the speed at which we process our orders. We will do our best to assist with any requests but it will not always be possible to make changes. Any changes to an placed order, will be noticed as soon as possible with the email or other contact information provided. 

Undelivered orders:

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted with the contact information you have provided at the date of order placement. Please note, customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.

 

Returns/exchange or faulty items:

LAC NOIR offers a 14 day return policy on the delivered item / product(s) on the day on which the purchased item has been delivered and received by the costumer. 

We sincerely hope you are more than satisfied with your LAC NOIR clothing items. However, if you change your mind for whatever the reason may be. If you want to exchange your product(s) to another size(s), style or color please place an new order and make a return of your product current order by emailing us at: support@lacnoir-clothing.com

Please remember to provide your order number and email address in the return email. Section must be titled ‘’Return - (x) order number’’ 

When we receive your package in our warehouse the amount will be credited back to your account/card that is used to purchase the order with. The amount will be credited within 3-5 workdays. All returns will be covered by the customers/buyer - and must be shipped to the following address:

Before making a return, please note our conditions for a return:

Condition:

Items/products being returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as it is received. In addition, the item must not be put in use and all original tags must be intact and in original packaging. Any sign of use or smells that may affect the item(s) value may result in denied return and the item(s) will be send back or a solution will be found with the customer. Please contact support@lacnoir-clothing.com for more information.
