Shipping & Returns
Orders:
All orders are packed and dispatched from the EU, Denmark
For Denmark:
Delivery within Denmark takes approx. 1-3 workdays. You will get notified by mail or SMS when the order is ready for pickup parcelshop (see more at the chosen shipping company policies). You will receive an e-mail with order confirmation as soon as you place the order, followed by an e-mail when the order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped and delivered with the shipping company POST NORD, GLS, and DAO.
LAC NOIR offer free shipping on all orders in Denmark:
– Postnord Parcelshop (Pakkeshop): Free
– Postnord Privat: FREE
- GLS Parcelshop: FREE
- DAO parcelshop: FREE
You will receive a track & trace number when your order has been dropped for pick up by the shipping company.

EU:
For EU Costumers, delivery outside of Denmark under normal circumstances takes 3-5 business days. We also ship to EU countries with Postnord. Free over 150 euro. Below 150 euros, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that LAC NOIR does not refund the shipping cost on your order or refund.
World Wide - Non-EU (United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Canada, Australia):
For Costumers outside the EU, delivery is 5-7 business days. We also ship with Postnord. Free over 250 euro. Below 250 euros, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: For deliveries to the United States, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, Japan, and China Free shipping is only effective for orders over 250 Euro.
Import charges
Attention: the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive due.
All EU Orders are sent duty paid; as long as you live within the EU, you should not be paying any import taxes.
When importing items outside of the EU, parcels may be subject to customs and import charges; the recipient must pay these charges. Please allow up to a few days before contacting your country's customs. LAC NOIR cannot be held responsible for how long it takes for your order to pass through customs.
Disclaimers:
LAC NOIR cannot guarantee cancellations or changes of orders once they have been made, this is because of the speed at which we process orders. We will do our best to assist with any requests, but it will not always be possible to make changes. Any changes to a placed order will be noticed as soon as possible with the e-mail or other contact information provided.
Undelivered orders:
If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or any missed deliveries, these orders will be returned to (us) LAC NOIR ApS at the courier services' discretion. When your order has been returned to us, you will be contacted with the contact information you have provided at the date of order placement. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
Returns/exchange or faulty items:
LAC NOIR offers a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product (s) on the day on which the purchased item has been paid and received by the customer.
We sincerely hope you are more than satisfied with your LAC NOIR clothing items. If you wish to exchange your product(s) or choose another size(s) or color, please start a new order and return your original order. Please make sure to have selected a track and trace number when choosing your shipping company; all shipping expenses for a return are at the customer's expense. Please e-mail us at support@lacnoir-clothing.com, providing the reason for the return, order number, track & trace number, and shipping date.
Please remember to provide your order number and e-mail address in the return e-mail. The section must be titled ‘’Return - (x) order number.’’
When LAC NOIR ApS has received the package and all conditions have been followed (see requirements for return below), please allow up to 2-5 business days for the money to be credited back to your account. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the amount. Please note that LAC NOIR will only be able to credit a return to the original payment method.

(Original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount when LAC NOIR credits a return - in case of free shipping was unlocked or chosen at checkout, the deducted amount is approx. 80 - 359 DDK. This is due to different shipping rates to different countries (for further information contact the support team at, support@lacnoir-clothing.com).
Before making a return, please note our conditions for a return:
Any products being returned must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note, that the item must not be put in any form of use. All original tags must also be intact and returned to their original packaging. Any sign of use or smells that may affect the item(s) value may result in a denied return, and the item(s) will be sent back, or a solution will be found with the customer.
