SECURITY:
Security for the safety of your personal information, LAC NOIR store uses Shopify Payments / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order with LAC NOIR, you are able to check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.
DISCLAIMERS:
LAC NOIR website goal is for the website constantly to be up and running; however, LAC NOIR cannot guarantee this. Therefore LAC NOIR cannot ensure that all the products shown are available when you place your order; they may be subject to sold out or out of production. If the product you order is no longer available, you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the LAC NOIR store can differ from their actual colors. LAC NOIR store cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
PRICE CHANGES AND CHARGED PAYMENTS:
LAC NOIR store reserves the right to change the products' prices. When placing an order, the prices of the products will be valid throughout that specific process.
LAC NOIR accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard /. The full payment is charged when the package has been dispatched from us. Credit card payment is made with Shopify payments. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. LAC NOIR also accept Google pay and Apple Pay.
Any orders placed at LAC NOIR store ( Lacnoir-clothing.com) is only first charged fully when the package (order) has been dispatched from our warehouse to the customer.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping charges will be added to your order at checkout. Please view the LAC NOIR website shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.
ANYDAY:
We accept payment with Anyday. When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly installments on the last weekday for three months onwards, beginning from next month. No fees and interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.
RETURNS
Returns/exchange or faulty items:
LAC NOIR offers a 14-day return policy on the delivered item/product (s) on the day on which the purchased item has been paid and received by the customer.
We sincerely hope you are more than satisfied with your LAC NOIR clothing items. If you wish to exchange your product(s) or choose another size(s) or color, please start a new order and return your original order. Please make sure to have selected a track and trace number when choosing your shipping company; all shipping expenses for a return are at the customer's expense. Please e-mail us at support@lacnoir-clothing.com, providing the reason for the return, order number, track & trace number, and shipping date.
Please remember to provide your order number and e-mail address in the return e-mail. The section must be titled ‘’Return - (x) order number.’’
When LAC NOIR ApS has received the package and all conditions have been followed (see requirements for return below), please allow up to 2-5 business days for the money to be credited back to your account. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the amount. Please note that LAC NOIR will only be able to credit a return to the original payment method.

(Original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount when LAC NOIR credits a return - in case of free shipping was unlocked or chosen at checkout, the deducted amount is approx. 80 - 359 DDK. This is due to different shipping rates to different countries (for further information contact the support team at, support@lacnoir-clothing.com).
Before making a return, please note our conditions for a return:
Any products being returned must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note, that the item must not be put in any form of use. All original tags must also be intact and returned to their original packaging. Any sign of use or smells that may affect the item(s) value may result in a denied return, and the item(s) will be sent back, or a solution will be found with the customer. Don't hesitate to get in touch with support@lacnoir-clothing.com for more information.

Warranty information
Any errors or defected clothing items must be invoked by contacting LAC NOIR (support@lacnoir-clothing.com) within two months after the error or defects have been found.
Please note that if the customer fails to contact and let LAC NOIR or our support team know of this error or defects within two months after the mistake or faults have been found, the customer is accountable.
CURRENCIES:
LAC NOIR cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the DDK, EUR, GBD, or USD into any other currency. The website shows DDK and EURO as currency options at the moment.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
LAC NOIR will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages or any import fees customers may face outside the EU.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
LAC NOIR welcomes any comments about our service so that we can improve what we are doing. LAC NOIR aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please e-mail us stating that you are making a complaint. We aim to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either by resolving the complaint or with a timescale for resolution.
